Click on any highlighted area (except regions) on the map to access sold prices for that particular area, or select individual or multiple areas from our comprehensive list.

All prices shown are weighted averages compiled from HM Land Registry data and are updated every month. We have highlighted the most and least expensive areas in any selected locale. All statistics displayed on the map can also be viewed in an easy to read table format with useful sort and search features. Click on the area name in table format to see its position within the map. Some areas have a smaller number of property sales which means short-term trends can be more variable. Our figures are not seasonally adjusted.
